Define the scenario before the price
Record normal and seasonal order volume, channel connections, accounting destination, historical access and billing preference. Check how the provider counts orders and connections and when a plan change can occur. Save the quote date and currency.
Keep the cost categories separate
Software subscription, accounting-plan upgrades, migration work and ongoing review are different costs. Optional services should remain optional in your calculation. Do not treat a merchant’s estimate of time saved as a measured reduction in your own workload.
