Document the current workflow
Record which connector is active, which channels it covers, whether posting is automatic and where the latest accepted settlement ends. Inventory manual entries and bank rules as well. The existence of a new account does not retire the old process.
Choose a controlled boundary
Link My Books publishes an A2X migration guide; consult its current instructions for the actual platform steps. Separately agree the accounting boundary with your reviewer. A generic date cannot resolve a split settlement, a closed period or a manual posting that overlaps the new import.
Keep a migration acceptance sheet
For each connection, identify source history, old output, proposed new start, representative sample and unresolved exceptions. Require the new result to connect to the source and bank evidence without double counting. Keep old exports available until the reviewer accepts the handoff; do not cancel access merely because the new dashboard loads.
Include the option not to migrate
If the current connector is adequate and the problem is mapping or an unclear review process, fix that first. Compare switching costs, retraining, historical access and subscription overlap using explicit assumptions. We have not run a hands-on migration between these products and do not promise a risk-free transfer or a faster close.
